Joe Morahan - Epic Timelapse Video |
I was recently hired by an amazing nature and sports photographer, Joe Morahan, to edit a series of timelapses. With no vision and no idea what I was going to do, 20 hours later this was playing on the screen in front of me: |

Be sure to check out all of Joe's work on his blog and add him on facebook. I am looking forward to working more with Joe in the near future, stay tuned for upcoming projects. |

Reaper Machines Video/Logo Design |
The excitement has finally arrived, after many unexpected hours of After Effects and Final Cut work we have a final video for the brand new ReaperMachines.com. Filmed over a month ago with Daryl Radovich as my wingman/boom/assistant filmer/emotional support (I could not have done it without him). |
 |
Click the thumbnail above to view the video. The following is the logo I designed for the same company (reapermachines.com). I had a lot of fun with both the logo and video and am happy to be involved in more than one creative medium. Please click the photo to see it larger: |

This post signals a much needed break from school and work.. I am happy to say that I will be 100% out of the office by the time I leave my desk tonight until July 12th at the earliest. I hope everyone is having an amazing summer! Enjoy your life. |

I just ran across this video on the internet and decided it was one of the best new music videos I have seen lately. I have been hearing rumors about SeiBro Productions but this is one of their first works I have been honored to watch. Keep up the good work Gina. |

DrillSpot.com Video |
The following video is hopefully the first of many projects that will be done for DrillSpot.com. I had absolutely nothing to do with the filming or concept, I (Chad Seidel) was handed some interview footage and told to spice it up. Please click the link below to visit DrillSpot.com's website to see the video: |

Special thanks to my father for overhearing a conversation about video work needing to be done for a company and mentioning Smile-Studios. Word of mouth is and always will be the best. Hope you enjoy the video - Chad Seidel |

Rage Waster: Smile Studios Shirts!!! |
Big thanks to Go West T-Shirt Company for printing our brand new shirts. Picked em up today and they look amazing. |
 |
Designed by Earl Snyder without any intention of them being screen printed on shirts weeks later, the second I saw this artwork I knew what had to happen. Earl, you are the man and I look forward to more shirt designs from you. Email us to get one before they are all gone. The cost is $15.00 plus shipping if necessary. Thanks for all your support. |
Hardtalk: AE Project |
An 100% After Effects project done for my Motion Graphics II class. The assignment was to create a political introduction, for a made up television talk show of some kind. |
 |
I just thought that it was funny what words your mind comes up when a simple and wholesome political show title is randomly censored. Please don't be offended, as you can only blame your own mind for what word popped into your head. |
Update On Partners Mentoring Videos |
Cool news from a little while back if you remember the series of videos I did for Partners Mentoring Youth. With over 1,400 visitors to their website in January and with Smile-Studios mentioned in the first paragraph of the site that is some pretty sweet promotion: |
 |
They also sent out a newsletter that mentioned me and Smile-Studios in the first paragraph to over 4,000 people. Big thanks!!! Hopefully the will jumpstart us and we will actually get some work. |

Samson Jude Seidel |
 |
Well, my last post I had 25 days until my life changed forever...and now it has been 26 days since. Samson Jude Seidel was born on November 22, 2009. He weighed 6 lbs 13 oz and is the cutest thang I ever did see. I don't know who you are or if you care in anyway, but we started a little blog for him that you can check out here. He is in my cinematography demo reel and I'm sure he will be popping up in my videos for the rest of my life. - Chad Seidel |
Sleep Disorders Series |

 |
 |

This is a series that I did for my editorial class. The cool thing about editorial photography is that you are expected to show your opinions through the images. There are no restrictions on how you shoot the photo or what you may do to it in post-production...click here to read more. - Chris Jones |
